For anyone that has ever had a roommate before you take a chance that you are moving in with someone crazy, or who has deviate behaviors, but this is by far the most Fucked Up thing I have ever seen. This is being posted on behalf of a good friend of mine who lets just say found that special roommate as you can see in the pics in the link below.

D.O. you are the best and good luck in your new venture, hopefully there will be no Gnome's in your future, and for everyone else if you came home to find these pictures what would you think?!?!?!? WTF???

Wow! 28 years old.. And yes I am the April fool.

And so far I guess the birthday and getting older has sucked. So I decided to take off out of town to spend time with some dear friends for my day well ok my weekend, and so far on the first day of this venture I have had to have a tire worked on for going flat (thank god it did not go flat while driving 90 mph on the way here), and to top that off less then two hours later wrecked my car.. Does anyone think this is going to be a bad year??

Ok so Karma must not be in my favor I guess all those dirty thoughts of people at work has come back to haunt me...LOL

Another Year in the Books..

Wow! has this year really come and gone so fast? What a whirl wind of events this year has been. Lets see how to sum it all up.. Well I have said good bye to a friend because of cancer. Renewed a friednship with a couple of friends that I knew through an ex, and met some new ones that I hope are always in my life.. Overall this year has been amazing I have made some memories this year I would not take anything in the world for. I wish everyone a Happy New Year! Best Wishes!

Let's see there has been a lot going on over the last few months gonna try and catch up here..

The move to Atlanta..Well after a couple of years of looking hoping to find "the right" job I got an offer that was better then I was expecting and of course I very happily took the job. Original plan was to make the move in Jan. '06 but because of funding issue in the company the position I was offered will not be able to support my position until second quarter of '06 so looks like April time frame.. So guess that will be Happy Birthday to me..Yes I will admit I was a little upset about having to push the date back but everything happens for a reason and I think this is going to be a good thing..

In august I started back to school to finally get off my lazy ass and finish my degree so happy to report I am in my third block of classes and at this point have been able to maintain a 3.83 GPA (Damn A- will kill your 4.0...LAME) which I am pretty happy with..

August was a good month I also met someone who took me totally by surprise and almost four months later he still amazes me.. Like everyone else we have our bumps in the road but hopefully will work them all out..Noah, Thank you baby for the time we have spent together..You are the best. No matter what happens in the future, you have made an impact on my life that I can't explain. You make me want to be such a better person someone you can be proud to have as a boyfriend. Love Ya!!

Ok as far as health after a few months of feeling like crap all the time I went to the Dr. in June and was diagnosed as being a Diabetic (blood sugar of 415). So since then I have been following the diets (some what) and taking the pills (to which every month they have been changing). Went to the Dr. agian last Monday for a check up and bad news seems the pills, weight loss, and diet are not helping to bring my sugar levels down so after a nice scary conversation with my Dr. New pills have been added to the mix and if these don't work to bring my levels down next month I will start the shots daily (LAME). Which for anyone who knows me scares me to death I HATE SHOTS let alone giving them to myself.. So keep your fingers crossed that the new pills will help.. So far after almost a week there has been a little improvement.. Not enough to really write about..It is really a shock when you go from being healthy to having problems and not being able to control it.. It is really hard for me at times I don't like it when I feel like crap and it stops day to day life.. But we all have our crosses to bear..

Funny How Time Changes People

Ok so it's been a few years since me and my brother have hung out together partly because he has lived away from the area, two in the past we have not always had the best relationship. Since he has been back in the area for a few weeks and we have been spending some time catching up there is a different person there.. So tonight we decided to go out just the two of us for a night on the town, or as close to that as you can get in Greenville, SC. So I took him to the local Gay bar and I have to admit it was one of the best times out at this particular bar I can remember in years. Got to see some old friends and have a few drinks, and of course my brother Shawn just jumped right into the mix and even though he is Straight he took the flirting from some drunk buds well and was rolling with the punches from a few drag queens.. Over all it was a good night and not sure what has changed the person I use to know, but I will say tonight after much talking I think my brother and I have a better understanding of each other..

Cooler weather has finally found the South

Well we are in the Middle of Nov and finally starting to see signs of winter. IT’S ABOUT TIME!! I was starting to think someone needed to go kick Mother Nature in her ass..LOL Don't get me wrong I like being able to wear shorts and be on the lake and beach but there is something about the cool crisp time of year. It's great to cuddle up next to someone snuggle a little and just sit and talk.

Ok so update on the month last weekend was a blast me and my someone special had a party for one of our good friends Bill (hollabackcub ) it was a blast. Nothing like good friends, someone special, and lots of drinking..makes for a great icing fight (pictures to be posted later)..lol Minus some food poisoning on Sunday it was a great weekend, but I did have a great caretaker..N, you are awesome wish I could tell you how much you mean to me..

So it looks like all of my looking for a job in Atlanta over the last couple of years has finally paid off I got a job offer and it looks like I will be taking the job and moving to Atlanta sometime around the first of the year (not sure of exact date yet).

School is going well finals are next week and these two classes will be done!! It is none to soon either I am ready for my break in between classes.

Vacation at the end of OCT was a blast Thanks Joe and Kenny I had a great time. One word to the wise never try and wait to just find a hotel in Orlando the weekend of Halloween.. Too many damn people for Universal Studios and too many people fresh in from Wilma.. But it made for an interesting trip around Orlando..lol However it was nice to fly home and see that smile I had missed while I was gone!!

Well I think I have pretty much caught up now for the month..

An Interesting Night

Ok so after an emotional visit with my friend Chris I got a call from another friend from out of town that was in the area to visit family and we ended up going to dinner, and hanging out for a little while. Was nice to see him had been a few months since we had met in MB.. Good Conversation and someone to vent to was nice after this week. Sorry hope you did not get too much of an earful..

Off to the Bar..One of these days I will remember why I do not visit the Greenville nightlife often..Oh well drinks till about 330am made for an over all good night nice to just kind of chill and have a few cocktails (ok more than a few). Paying for all of those cocktails today who ever is beating that drum in my head STOP IT...

Was nice to just let my mind have the late evening till early morning off sometimes you let things get to you to much and you can take that out on someone you care about (mental note don't pick up the phone and call your friends when you are pissed off cause you can misstate what you wanted to say due to anger.).

Why do gay men feel they have to try and constantly start drama?? It's sad when you can't have someone special in your life without people wanting to stick their nose in and try and start something over nothing.. Oh well guess they have to have something to do to pass the time..

Situations in Life

The past week has been a week for me to sit back and remember the past and some of the people who have walked in and out of my life in recent and not so recent years. A friend (Chris) of mine will be coming into town in a few hours for us to hang out and talk a bit about a situation that has developed in his life and how he is going to deal. After the conversations he and I have been having this week it has reminded me how special life is and how important people you care about are, and how easy as life happens it is to let them walk out of your life without even knowing it happened until that one moment in time when you realize they are gone and you need to just hear their voice.

Its rather funny the situations you find your self in and the memories they spark. As it turns out in the last week I have reconnected with two friends that I have had for years but due to life don't get to talk or see each other very often one will be in town next week for work, and we will get to see each other for the first time in about ten years and the other lives less than two hours away and it has taken a life changing event for us to spend sometime together. Chris and I have known each other for about 15 years he was one of the first people I ever felt comfortable "coming out" to when I decided it was time for me to admit I was gay, and as life happens he looked me in the eyes and started crying and told me he was afraid to tell me he was gay because he did not want to loose our friendship..Ironic life is..It was great knowing I had someone to talk to about the new found life and how we felt as it happens there was never a romantic connection between us but just a stronger friendship. Now as he has been recently diagnosed as positive we have talked about life and how he views it and I have been humbled to know how much he thought of me and to know the fact that I am the only family he feels he has to turn to. I guess with sadness and tears also brings joy and smiles (and there have been plenty of tears and smiles this week). It is awesome to find out how much you mean to someone. So in turn there are some people in my life I need to let know what they mean to me.

James P./Drew/Bill B./Joe S.(Can't wait to see you next month)/Clayton You guys are some of the best friends someone could ask for and I know I can always count on you guys..I love Y'all!!

N.R.-I know we have not known each other that long, but you have made an impact on my heart and I hope you know how much you mean to me. I love the time we have spent together and look forward to more good times..(and just for you..and great oldies...LOL... yes I remember everything...)Miss you babe!!
